Palette Pass: Terms & Conditions

Promotion Ends: August 9, 2026 or when Palette Pass sells out, whichever comes first 

Overview

The Personal Palette Pass is a promotional offer provided by Ruthy Procaccia ("Organizer"). Every Personal Palette Pass purchased during the Promotion is applied in full toward the purchase of a future Personal Color Analysis Session.

As an additional promotional benefit, one eligible participant will be selected at random to receive the remaining balance of one Personal Color Analysis Session at no additional cost.

How the Personal Palette Pass Works

  • Every Personal Palette Pass purchased is applied dollar-for-dollar toward a future Personal Color Analysis Session.

  • There is no limit to the number of Personal Palette Passes a participant may purchase.

  • Each Personal Palette Pass purchased receives one unique confirmation number.

  • Confirmation numbers are assigned automatically and emailed after purchase.

  • Please retain your confirmation email, as it contains your official confirmation number(s).

Promotional Selection

At the conclusion of the Promotion, one confirmation number will be selected at random.

The participant associated with the selected confirmation number will receive the remaining balance of one Personal Color Analysis Session at no additional cost.

The drawing will take place on or about August 10, 2026.

Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Provide a valid email address during checkout.

  • Purchase a Personal Palette Pass during the Promotion Period.

Booking Your Session

Personal Palette Passes may be redeemed toward a Personal Palette (color analysis session) offered by Ruthy Procaccia.

Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Expiration

Personal Palette Passes must be redeemed by August 10, 2028.

Unused passes expire after this date and will no longer be redeemable. 

Refund Policy

If a Personal Palette Pass purchase is refunded:

  • the associated confirmation number(s) become void;

  • the purchase will no longer be eligible for the promotional drawing.

Prize Conditions

The promotional benefit:

  • applies only to one Personal Palette session;

  • has no cash value;

  • is non-transferable;

  • may not be exchanged for cash or another service unless approved by the Organizer.

Winner Notification

The selected participant will be contacted using the email address provided during checkout.

If the selected participant does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, declines the promotional benefit, or is determined to be ineligible, the Organizer reserves the right to select another eligible confirmation number.

Changes to the Promotion

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.

Privacy

Information collected during checkout will be used to process your purchase, administer this Promotion, schedule your Personal Palette session, communicate with you regarding your purchase, and otherwise operate the Organizer's business.
