How Palette Pass Works
1. Complete your Personal Palette Pass purchase through this page.
2. After checkout, you'll receive two emails:

Your Shopify order confirmation

A Personal Palette Pass confirmation email containing your official confirmation number(s)
Please save your Personal Palette Pass confirmation email, as it contains your official confirmation number(s). (Every Personal Palette Pass purchased receives one unique confirmation number. The more passes you purchase, the more confirmation numbers you'll receive.)
3. After this promotion concludes, one confirmation number will be selected at random to receive the remainder of their Personal Palette session at no additional cost. Ruthy will contact them at the email address they've used to purchase Palette Pass to let them know they've won and schedule their session.
4. For everyone else, book your Personal Palette session at a time that works for you. (Instead of purchasing through the regular booking, email ruth@ruthyprocaccia.com to apply your credit.)

Yes. There is no limit to the number of passes you may purchase. Each pass purchased receives its own unique confirmation number, and each pass is applied to your future Personal Palette session.

How is the participant selected?
One confirmation number will be selected at random after the promotion closes.
How will I know if I'm selected?
The selected participant will be contacted directly using the email address provided during checkout.
When can I schedule my session?
You may schedule your Personal Palette Session after purchasing your Personal Palette Pass.
Will I be able to redeem my credit indefinitely?
No, your Palette Pass will expire on August 10, 2028.
